Hey so I literally never use this and I don’t want to use it anymore. I’d like to know how to delete this account and all traces of it. Please tell me how I can go about doing that.

This linke tells you how to delete your WordPress site completely.
If you want to delete your WordPress account, that technically cannot be done. This article explains that, while you can’t delete the username, you can clean out your account:
You can easily empty and delete your site. Once this is done remove all personal information from your Account Settings and change your password to a random string. This will leave your account inactive and prevent you from gaining access to it in the future.
