  Hi there,

  I replied to your previous thread a couple days ago in https://wordpress.com/forums/topic/cant-delete-media-files-and-spamcomments/

  Only a logged in admin on a site can delete it, and your account only has an author role on that site.

  If you need the ability to delete spam on the site, please ask the site owner to change your user role to Editor or Admin so you’ll have that ability.
