Delete my account by misunderstanding
-
Hi all,
Last Thursday, I changed my domain name from beupfor.wordpress.com to beupfood.wordpress.com.
During this manipulation I ticked the box (by misunderstanding) “Change your current username (beupfor) and discard the current account (you will not be able to change your user name)”, but also that one: “Yes, please permanently disable beupfor.wordpress.com”.
The domain name changed as expected, however I cannot connect to my account anymore to edit my blog.
When I’m trying to perform a password reset, it doesn’t recognise my username and most surprisingly my email address (with which I subscribed).
My blog is hosted on the WordPress servers. My account is a premium account (in case that makes a difference).Does anyone know how I can recover access to my blog?
Any help is most than welcome! Many thanks in advance,
Caroline

Hi there,
The site you indicate belongs to the username, beupfood, so it appears when you changed the site address you also selected the option to create a new username that matches the address.
We have sent you multiple password reset emails over the past week to the email address for that account. If you haven’t received them, please check the spam folder, ad if you use Gmail, also check the Social and Updates tabs in the inbox.
