  Hi! Could my account please be deleted permanently? It is not useful to me anymore.

  Hi Jennifer, I followed these steps but it said I had to contact the service team because it can’t be deleted. Therefore my post :)

  Hi there, if you have any upgrades on your account, you’ll need to remove those first before you can close your account. The instructions are included in that guide but I’ve also tagged your thread for Staff attention. Thanks for your patience while they get back to you.

  I understood users were able to close their account without needing to cancel their Premium theme, as advised by @kokkieh last October?

  @justjennifer,

  It should definitely be possible to close an account that has a non-refundable premium theme purchase. I’ve reported this to our developers.
