  Yesterday i had delete my blog, but to day i want to create new sites again my blog with same name blog and than appear ” Sorry, the site is already there! “.
  how can create a same name new site again?

  You can’t. The warning messages when you deleted the blog clearly stated that both the content AND the address will be deleted. Deleted addresses/URLs cannot be re-registered, not even by the original owner. It’s gone forever. You’ll have to register a new address.
