Delete my blog

I would like to delete my account, but I can’t find where this is in tools!
This blog was created for a class and has a fake resume that comes up when I google my name. Please delete for me!

Blogs can be deleted.

It will take 3 – 6 months for Google to clear their caches.

You can also put a Post on the home page with a link to a good resume or some other site you would like to send people to – Facebook?
If you keep the site live you can prove ownership and sign up for Google Webmaster tools and ask the pages to be removed from their search results – one downside is that Google is only one of many search engines.
Once the blog is deleted your options are limited – you have cleared the blog of content so the links will be coming up not found

Thanks for your suggestions. The interface for my dashboard tools does not show a delete blog option. I wonder if it’s the template that is different. Not sure why it’s so difficult to find.
Also, is google webmaster free?
