delete my blog

I thought I already deleted the account I used for this blog but why is it still showing ? I kept trying to clear cache but it still comes up everytime I search for it. Please delete this. I created a new account just so I can ask here.

Hi, you wouldn’t be able to delete a site from a different account, unfortunately.
Do you want to log in as the site owner, then update us here so we can see why it didn’t close?

I thought once I delete the account, the blog would be deleted too. Now, I can’t recover it since I don’t have any proof of ownership. Or maybe I deleted a different account..I’m not sure anymore. Is there anything you can do to delete this ? Please help

I’m not sure I’ve seen it mentioned so far, but what is is the URL of the blog you are trying to delete. I can confirm that this account (@icebeaar)does not have any sites associated with it, you are referring to another account you have with us?
If you can give us the URL of the site in question we’re happy to look it up in our system, thanks

Hi there,
That blog is owned by a different account than the one you’re currently logged in to. To be able to delete it, you need to log in to that other account of yours.
If you cannot access that other account, please follow our Account Recovery guide:

I guess you can’t help either, I’m sorry to trouble you. I no longer have any proof of ownership because I’m using a different email. I can’t recover that account. I created a new one just to ask if you could delete it for me because it was still there when I searched for it. It’s an old blog for a project and I didn’t know how to properly delete it. I hope you understand my concern.

Imagine you created a site you really like, and someone (a competitor, an ex, whatever) came along pretending they are you saying they want to delete it. Even giving them your private email address would be careless.
If you want to fully delete the site, you will need to reliably prove you own it, and these are the proofs we would need:
https://wordpress.com/support/account-recovery/#account-recovery-formYou mentioned earlier that you had closed the account, but the account associated with that site was not closed. Do you mean you closed the email address? If so, is there any way for you to access that again?
You can also reach out via the address we mentioned earlier with any evidence of ownership you have.
