Delete my blog

  Hello Everyone,

  I need some help deleting my blog… It’s not desired anymore and I can’t seem to figure out how to do this. A while back a server admin assisted me with moving the blog onto private hosting at a registered domain, but now that I want to pull it all down I just can’t seem to do that. I just want to clear everything off my WordPress account so I can start fresh.

  I’ve tried messing around with DNS settings and nameserver stuff and following instructions I’ve read on here, but those things are over my head honestly. If I hover over my icon on the top-right, I’ve got two listings of “ColvinAthletics” shown. Neither dashboard will let me delete either blog; both give the message:

  Warning! You cannot delete a site if it has a domain registration upgrade because you need access to the site in order to get to the domain manager.

  “If you do not want to use your site any more please make it private. Other users won’t be able to visit the site but you can still access the Dashboard so you can get to the domain manager.”

  I went ahead and made it private- I think, but no matter what I try to do with the domain manager I can’t seem to get past this point.

  The blog you specified at colvinathletics.com does not appear to be hosted at WordPress.com.

  Saw the bot message. My login doesn’t work over at wordpress.org for some reason… I thought I had one login for .com&.org(?) …but I think this issue is still valid for the .com support page.

  No, it’s not, because that isn’t and never was a WordPress.com blog. The reason your login doesn’t work at WordPress.org is that you have to create it the first time you log in to ask a question there.
