delete my blog/ domain mapping

  Still don’t know what to do.
  My domain is http://www.lilsisstar.com host is http://www.bhosted.nl
  My old blog http://www.lilsisstar.wordpress.com was linked on http://www.lilsisstar.com
  now I didn’t upgrade my domain on wordpress and now get this message
  Warning! Domain mapping upgrade for this domain not found. Please log in and go to the Domains Upgrades page of your blog to use this domain.

  So I delete my blog http://www.lilsisstar.wordpress.com but my problem still not solved.
  Where or what do I have to change.. is it by wordpress.com or by my host?
  please help me out!

  I don’t wont to upgrade my account.

  I will like to use my domain linked to an other site..
