Delete my blog, reclaim url

    I’m trying to delete my site, but the ”delete site” button is not showing up in my tools options. I’m trying to delete the blog I have here on wp, so I can reclaim the calicogoodrich.com url and host it and other things elsewhere. Please advise.

    I do have a blog, it’s at http://www.calicogoodrich.com
    wp won’t let me enter it, because it’s not a wordpress url, which I suspect is part of the problem.

    It’s not even a WordPress.com blog, which is why we cannot help you with that. Ask at WordPress.ORG.

    IF you delete a WordPress.com blog, the URL is deleted permanently and irreversibly and you can never use it again.
