  I am trying to delete my blog but it says i have upgrade but i have deleted them so i dont know what to do next.

  Premium themes have to be removed by Staff or transferred to another site of yours before the site they are on currently can be deleted. Deleting a site with upgrades https://en.support.wordpress.com/delete-site/#deleting%C2%A0a-site-with-upgrades

  Hi there,

  You have a Premium Theme, Bindery, which you bought in November 2015. Can you please confirm if you want to remove that upgrade, then I can help you with that.
