  You will have to ask the administrator of that blog to delete it for you. Once you send a comment it is up to the blog’s admin to post or not post it.

  Unless the blogger chooses to delete it then, no there is not a way you can delete it. http://en.support.wordpress.com/my-comments/#can-i-edit-comments-i-left-on-someone-elses-blog
