If you want to delete your site content, then you can follow the below guide to empty the site content and start fresh.
Please note, with this process you can delete all your posts, pages, media, categories, etc.
However, this will not affect your existing theme and domain and you can still retain them.https://wordpress.com/support/empty-site/
Also, please provide more details regarding the pages, as you mentioned you want to preserve them. Do you want to preserve the content or the URL?

@kittydiyme I just want to clarify, if we emptied the whole site, your images and pages would be gone, as well as the posts and comments.
If you want more control than that (to keep some pages, for example) you can head to https://wordpress.com/posts and remove things there, and https://wordpress.com/pages if you need to remove some items there, too.
You can also clear out media items at https://wordpress.com/mediaW. Just be sure you’re also removing any posts or pages that use those images, because if you delete the images but don’t delete them from your content, you’ll have a bunch of broken images on the site.

Also, on looking at your site — I really wouldn’t recommend deleting everything :) For what it’s worth. If something’s bugging you and you’d like to change that, but starting over feels easier, let us know; we can likely help.
