delete my credit card info – tab Payment Method does not appear

I am looking forward to transfer my Website http://pourvoirieduplessis.com/ to another account, but it is currently using my credit card info. I was told to disable all auto renew subscriptions (done) and delete my credit card info (which I tried to do as it is explained here: http://en.support.wordpress.com/change-credit-card-details/)
In fact, the tab Payment Method does not appear anywhere under Settings (therefore I cannot click on Delete Payment data) At the moment, if I enable any auto renew subscription, my credit card is used.
How can I proceed?The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

In the meantime, if you transfer ownership by using these instructions: http://en.support.wordpress.com/moving-a-blog/#transferring-your-blog-to-another-wordpress-com-user-or-account , your account information will not be included.
Alternatively, which account would you like to have ownership of the account. I can transfer it for you to ensure everything goes through.
Once transferred, the new owner will have full rights to the site—including the domain name.

I’ve transferred ownership over to the other account and have moved all upgrades as well. I’ve verified that the credit card data from your account was not transferred.
Your user account is still an administrator of the blog. The new owner can remove you from the account via the blog’s Users page, if they so desire.
