Delete my domain and refund money please (time sensitive)

I’ve emailed support 3 times to cancel my domain and refund my money and have yet to hear back. This is time sensitive and need it resolved asap.

You should be able to request the refund directly from your Dashboard.
If you require a refund, you can still request one directly from the Store section of your Blog’s Dashboard or the Store -> Domains section for domain-specific upgrades.
Also, Support handles requests on the basis of how old they are. If you keep sending them a request on the same topic, it only pushes your request lower in the queue. Patience is a virtue. :)

from the dashboard it says I must contact support directly within 48 hours and request the domain be deleted and a refund issued. Unfortunately patience will leave me stuck with a large bill because 48 hours will expire.

Don’t email them. Use the button on your Dashboard. Support is closed this weekend, but if you contact them Monday and send them a link to this thread along with your request, they’ll honour it.

The first email that we receive from you was on Saturday evening.
I have just replied with the instructions for canceling your domain.
