  Hey eliostantejrn202,

  If you are the owner & admin of the site, you can delete it by following these instructions:
  https://en.support.wordpress.com/delete-site/

  Keep in mind, deleting a site will delete all the contents associated with that site, which cannot be recovered and the address associated with the deleted site cannot be used again(not even by the owner).

  If you just want to simply start over by keeping your current blog address you can empty your site, instead of deleting it:
  https://en.support.wordpress.com/empty-site/
