Delete my name from a post (support forum)

  Good day,
  A few years ago, I made a mistake by writing my real name in a post in your support forum. Is it possible to delete it from the post ?

  Please contact Staff directly by using the live chat box on the bottom of your Admin page in the right hand corner. If that does not work for you then email
  help@wordpress.com

  Thank you for your answer. When I wrote this post, I was thinking that I was sending a private message to the support staff. Not on a public forum.
