  Hi!

  This page is my old gravatar profile: http://vi.gravatar.com/junookyo2011

  I am currently not able to access the old account. But it contains some my personal information which now I want to delete. Please help me! Thanks!

  Hi there,

  You will need to use the account recovery form and verify your ownership of that account to regain access to and edit it. We cannot make changes to another account under any circumstances unless requested by the verified owner.
