  It is not possible to delete an account but you can delete your sites and remove all your personal info. You can find more info here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/deleting-accounts/

  By the way, the inability to delete an account is by design. This makes sure that no one will be able to reuse your username and confuse your visitors or clients.
