Delete My Site

  I tried to go to TOOLS and then DELETE SITE but it says I cannot delete the blog without something about domain manager. I did get a custom domain but I do not want it now. I have found one much easier to use. How can I get it deleted? It says I have 48 hours to delete to get my full money back. Please help.
