  I just need to delete the site. I have tried the instructions that in the link but it is re-directing me back to “Contact Support”.

  Ok, if you have purchased an upgrade, you will need Staff help to delete the site.

  Without your web site’s address I’m unable to help you further.

  Please be aware that the support staff is at their yearly Grand Meetup, so response time will be delayed slightly, but they will see this.

  We recently changed the hosting of the domain and we are doing some re-direction for it to point to a new domain. We just need to shut down the current site that’s all.

  Hello again, The site using the domain capitagrp.com is not hosted here on WordPressdotcom so we can’t help you shut down that site. Have you contacted your web hosting provider?

  If you are talking about a different domain, please give us the correct address.

  Am I correct in understanding that you used to host your site here on WordPress.com but have set up a new site at a hosting provider and the domain now points to that site instead of your account here at WordPress.com?

  Yeap, that would be correct. We only moved the domain out of WordPress quite recently. I am unsure if my domain host is able to shut down the site from their end.

  capitagrp.com was connected to capitagrp.wordpress.com but this domain is now pointing to a site hosted by HostSG.

  Just to make sure I’ve understood correctly — do you want to delete capitagrp.wordpress.com? Or the new site hosted by HostSG?

  If you let me know, I can look at your options.
