  what should i do next to delete the account?

  Do not create duplicate threads about the same problem; you created 5 threads about the same subject. Stick to your initial thread at https://en.forums.wordpress.com/topic/i-want-to-delete-my-old-site/ where a Staff Member answered 3 days ago.
