delete my site

i have a wordpress. com site, i would like to delete it forever. I definitely deleted it on my account, but when i searched it, it still show up. i don’t know what’s wrong with it.

Neither the site at https://bailinglyublog.wordpress.com nor the account that owns it has been deleted. Had you deleted them, you’d have received emails for both the site and the account, confirming that they’d been deleted.
Log in as the account that owns that site, and you’ll be able to close the account at https://wordpress.com/me/account. When you do that, it will also automatically delete all sites in the account.
