  Hello there!

  If I’m not mistaken, I believe your site was created using the WordPress open-source software (WordPress.org) instead of WordPress.com. They are two separate entities, and because of that, WordPress.com staff can’t access files or data belonging to WordPress.org. Staff in this support forum can only assist you if your website is hosted by WordPress.com.

  If you wish to no longer renew your domain and want to cancel any paid plan associated with that site I suggest you reach out to GoDaddy as that is where domain/site resides.
