Delete my site!

  Hello,

  I have setup a new website that is simpler and does not require regular updating. At the moment my wordpress site is top of the google rankings, my new site through squarespace is http://www.sevenatbrixton.com which is down on the second page.

  I need to delete my site but don’t want my customers unable to find my website.

  Any solutions to this?

  Hi!

  If you delete your site sevenatbrixton.wordpress.com, that address will no longer be valid, and it will eventually be removed from search rankings. In the meantime, once the site is deleted, readers that try to click on your site through search results will encounter a 404 message indicating the page doesn’t exist.

  As for boosting your Squarespace site up in rankings in the place of sevenatbrixton.wordpress.com, we have no control over search rankings so I’m afraid I won’t be able to help here.
