delete my site

I’m trying to delete my site ‘detudoealgomais.wordpress.com’, but I’m not getting to do it because I don’t receive the e-mail I should to complete te act. The e-mail address where I should receive the link to delete my site is ‘(email visible only to moderators and staff)’, but I look there and there’s nothing, even in the Trash and Spam files. Hope you give me a solution. Thank you.

Hi! Yes, I’m the owner, that’s why it’s strange for me not getting to delete my own site. I did all the steps at the Support page, but I still can’t get to finish the deletion because I don’t receive the e-mail. I’m trying to do it for 3 days now.

Have you updated your email? Are you getting any emails (such as notifications, subscriptions etc) at all from WordPress.com? Try searching your email account for emails from WordPress.com. Are you using Gmail? Try these if you are on Gmail.

I never changed my e-mail, so it’s currently updated. But, anyway, I checked Personal Settings to be sure everything’s ok and, well, everything was ok. I’m not using Gmail, I’m using Hotmail.

Hi there! You do not own the site you’re attempting to delete. If you’d like this site to no longer appear in your list of sites, please contact another administrator on the site and ask them to remove you from the site.
If that other account is yours, please log out of your current account (anaclarapupin) and log into that account to delete the site.
