Delete My Site

  I am not able to delete my site as WordPress advises that I still have purchases attached to my account. I’ve cancelled all of the purchases except for the theme (which I can’t figure out how to get rid of ). Help!

  The site linked to your name is using the Twenty Seventeen theme which is a free theme. Did you buy a Premium theme for that site and then change themes or are you talking about a different site? Either way staff intervention is required to remove never-expiring Premium themes to enable sites to be deleted. I’ve added modlook to the tag box to ask staff if they can help you.

  Howdy @kaspercustomremodeling,

  You have the theme Promenade as well. If we remove the theme for you, you won’t be able to get it back. Also if you delete the site, its name will not become available again, so do not use that option to “start over”.

  If you’ll confirm you understand, we’ll go ahead and remove it for you.
