  Hi there,

  The following support page explains how to start over. Since it doesn’t seem that you haven’t put a lot of contents on your site yet, it doesn’t take so much time to complete a whole process. However, if you would like to get help from staffs, you can put “modlook” tag on this thread to get their assistances.

  If I could get some help that would be so awesome!

  I bought a custom website, the instructions on how to download it are not working.

  Please, how do I download this WordPress theme I bought?
  It tells me to go to appearance – I see no appearance.
  Do I start on wordpress.org, wordpress.com, or the app?

  I appreciate any help! Thank you!
