  Hi!

  We’ll need to remove the features of the former Business plan on your site in order to have you set up to fully delete your site and close your account. That process can cause content to be lost. If you’d like to head to Settings > Export, you can create an export file of your content there. Whenever you’re set, let us know and we can get the process going.
