delete my sites from account

can you delete the 2 jetpack sites from my account? I cannot see them to delete but when i try to manage plugins it says i do not have access to do so.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

OK-thanks for updating. You might be having browser issues. Can you try from a different browser to the one you normally use. Otherwise try logging out of WordPressdotcom, clearing your browser cache and cookies which will also log you out of every other site you are logged into, and then shut down your browser and reopen, log back in and try again.
If you’ve done that already, please list here the sites you wish to disconnect from jetpack. Then add the MODLOOK tag to the Tags section of this forum thread’s sidebar for Staff assistance.

To clarify, is it just curtcarleton.com that needs help?
That site is not connected to WordPress.com or Jetpack in any way.

When I log in to the mobile app for ios I see 2 sites in my list.
1. http://www.curtcarleton.com
2. mysite – the url is an old AWS location.I have no option to delete the sites. they are not active.
On the web, under My Sites in upper left corner, it just keeps saying “Loading My Sites….” and is blinking.
