  I want to delete my user, my page and to get all the money that we have used to create a page with wordpress. We need support and we need people that help us. It’s a great black whole!! We’re very disappointed

  There don’t appear to be any upgrades on the account that you’ve contacted us from.

  planetingenieria.com.ar was mapped to a different user account. I’ve sent an email to that account to help you locate the credentials needed to login. Once you get logged in, post to this forum thread, and I can issue the refund and help you cancel everything.

  Hi, we decide tu use the domain with our site of hosting.

  But we’ve paid with your site (wordpress) with our credit card the mount of 99,00 from WPCHRG.COM – (redacted), we want to cancel it and get the money back.

  The account has two user: planetingenieriaunzal@gmail and (email visible only to moderators and staff). And we have made the charge with the user of planetingenieriaunzal.
