  While it’s possible to delete your blog –

  Delete Blog

  WordPress.com accounts cannot technically be deleted –

  http://en.support.wordpress.com/deleting-accounts/

  However, as the article above mentions, changing your subscription settings (so you don’t get future emails from WordPress.com) and then letting your account go idle is as good as deleting it.
