Dear Support-Team

I am wondering about, why i can read in my settings that my website will be delete in few days. I need this website for a blog for my university… Hope you can help me with my problems.

It sounds like you have an upgrade that is about to expire. Can you share the site URL here? Then I can take a closer look.

Hi Benjamin –

I do not see any upgrades on the account that you’ve contacted us from. Do you have more than one account? Perhaps, and older account?

Upgrades are billed yearly, so anything that was about to expire would need to have been purchased a year ago. The account you’ve contacted us from is only 3 weeks old.

I see that you’ve deleted benjaminaifa.wordpress.com. Any .wordpress.com site is free for life, it does not expire, and there is no renewal needed for these sites.
