Delete my website

  Hello,
  I try to delete my website :
  I go here : settings > delete your site permanently
  I cancel everything in upgrades session but it doesn’t work.

  Can you help me please ?

  As you followed the steps and you are unable to cancel any of the upgrades and delete your web site.

  What is the domain URL?

  Are you referring to Deleting a site with upgrades?

  Refunds and cancelling upgrades
  There are no prorated refunds. Refunds https://en.support.wordpress.com/refunds/ are time limited.
  • WordPress.com provides a 30-day refund from date of purchase on all upgrades except Domain Registrations, Domain Renewals, and Guided Transfers.
  • The refund period for Domain Registrations and Renewals is 48 hours.
  • It takes from 1 – 2 weeks or 7 – 10 business days for the refund to be received after canceling an upgrade and requesting one.

  You have to be logged in as Admin http://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/#administrator under the exact same username account that registered the blog to access the blog’s dashboard, cancel any upgrades, claim a refund for any qualified upgrades, and disable auto-renew.   Canceling domains
  It is important to know that cancelled domains are not released by the registrar immediately. Also note that here’s no guarantee you’ll be able to use a domain again as it may be sold to someone else. Therefore you should cancel a domain, if and only if, you are sure you do not wish to use it again.

  If that does not resolve your issue. Provide the following first:

  The URL of the domain in question.

  The username account that registered the site in question and purchased any upgrades for it.

  Whether or not you wish to use the domain on another site.

  Please read what I posted and know that posting a modlook tag is a last resort. Prior to doing that that we Volunteers try to actually try to obtain all relevant details so the thread can be resolved quickly.

  Honestly we appreciate whatever help you can give. Sometimes we can see more in the user’s account, too, so modlook is OK as needed.

  @celinegallagher you have a premium theme that is preventing you from deleting the site.

  If we remove the theme for you, you won’t be able to get it back. If you’ll confirm you understand, we’ll go ahead and remove the theme for you, then you can delete the site.

  Do note too, though, that if you delete the site, its name will not become available again, so do not use that option to “start over”.

  Another option is to simply make site private — no one except you could access it, and only when you are logged in.
