    Hi there – you will want to speak with your website host and Shopify regarding you questions. The reason why is that we do not host your website or domain here at WordPress.com. In fact, the website at that URL is not a WordPress website at all.

    You mention migrating. Are you considering migrating your website to WordPress.com?
