Delete my website content.

I’m a poor guy from Pakistan want to start my blog from starting please remove all posts, pages and media from my blog thus I can restart blogging if I make money online I’ll buy a WordPress site otherwise please let me continue with a sub domain Requesting for removal of all content on my site including posts, pages and media please don’t remove template and address.

You cannot delete a WordPress.com account for good, but you can empty it out from all your data and leave it inactive.
