    Please delete my website permanently. So i can register with this domain from another hosting provider.

    Hi there,

    Cancelled domains are not released immediately, and it can take anything from a few days to over a year before a cancelled domain becomes available again, if at all. We don’t have direct control over this process, and have no way of manually deleting a cancelled domain immediately.

    You should never cancel a domain that you still want to use, as when you cancel a domain, you give up ownership of it, and there’s no guarantee that you’ll be able to use it again somewhere else in future.

    In this case, as you cancelled on the same day that your domain expired, it will only be released once it completes the entire redemption process, which lasts between 80 and 90 days.

    Alternatively, we can still restore the domain to your account, and then you can transfer it to your new domain provider without ever losing ownership of it. Please confirm if we should do this. Also note that we can only restore the domain for a limited time, so don’t wait too long to confirm.
