You can’t get there from here (site_id mismatch error). This happens when an external blog (a self-hosted blog using the Stats plugin) is pointed to WordPress.com by DNS. If you are trying to migrate away from WordPress.com, please update your DNS to point the domain to your own server. Otherwise please contact WordPress.com support and explain what you were trying to do, what steps you took, what you expected to happen, and what actually happened. It’s probably Andy’s fault.

Please state exactly what you are trying to achieve, because deactivating your account and/or deleting anything will not solve any issue like this one.

The domain, smalltownweirdoofficial.com, was registered with us, but our logs show you cancelled it yesterday. Are you trying to get that domain working again? If so, I can email our registrar and try to get it back for you.
It’s not possible to delete a WordPress.com username account, but you can delete your WordPress.com site via My Site ->Settings, and then follow these instructions to deactivate your account so no one, including you, can access it again.
