how to eliminate “No Upcoming Events” on Upcoming Events–I listed an event and it still states: no upcoming events below the event.

Hi there,
The Upcoming Events widget is designed to create a list of events from a calendar, like a Google Calendar. You’ll need to enter the URL of the calendar’s feed into the “iCalendar Feed URL:” space in the widget settings. Then, the widget will grab the events from that calendar and add them automatically to the widget.

If you’d prefer to manually add events in a list to your sidebar, I’d recommend using a text widget instead. That way, you can just enter the details you want to have appear in your sidebar: Text Widget
