delete obsolete website
-
We have a site that we have lost all information for (email password, admin password lost). We would like to delete or disable this site to prevent further access to outdated information from 2013.
The site is: lesfermesdudoustre.wordpress.com
Can anyone provide help on how we can do this please?
-
You must complete the form for account recovery at this link https://en.wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=recovery so you can be contacted by email ie. not on these public support forums, which are available to everyone with internet access. Support Staff cannot breach the privacy policy and provide the log-in information. You have to provide proof ownership to Account Recovery Staff to gain access https://en.support.wordpress.com/account-recovery/

Our problem is we have lost everything so we cannot provide proof ownership and cannot complete the recovery request form.
Have you any suggestions as to how we can proceed? -
No, I’m sorry I do not have any further suggestions, as there is a single means of account recovery, and that’s to provide proof of ownership to Account recovery Staff.

Hi @lesfermesdudoustre19, go to this form and fill in the information and add a description of the issue in the Extra details section. Make sure and click the “I don’t know my registered email or username” checkbox, but do not click the three lower down on the form. We can then discuss this via email and perhaps come up with a way to help out.
