Delete old blogs from Jetpack account

  Dear staff,
  please remove the following blogs from my account:
  BA-EXPERTS TEST SITE
  TEST-SITE BAX

  We also suggest to implement that option in the settings for each account. It should be possible for us to manage our blogs ourselfs.
