Please help me delete old posts from my blog at netzark.wordpress.com from 6 years. I would like to get them clear up and start a fresh one using the same address (netzark.wordpress.com). Thanks!

Hi, I can’t figure out to get to profile jiamzhang… I only see my profile/username is g2-ee20f7ad6421ced1852b0815185b5a97.. not sure if I am in the right place to clean up my old blog/posts?!? Please help me again one more time.. thanks in advance!

You won’t be able to access netzark.wordpress.com until you get logged in correctly. -
you are probably right.. can u help me identify which emails I used? I know I right now use (email visible only to moderators and staff) to access wordpress.com.. I am not sure if jiamzhang via netzark.com or gmail inbox? Can u please find out for me to see if it was (email visible only to moderators and staff) or (email visible only to moderators and staff)? many thanks for your time and help with this matter.

WordPress.com is unable to give out private account information such as email addresses for security and privacy of its users. You will have to go through Account Recovery: https://en.support.wordpress.com/account-recovery/

ahhhh.. there is a problem that I don’t know my old transaction ID activation URL or key… is there a way for me to be able to access jiamzhang. I am the real owner of that blog (netzark.wordpress.com). or can you or admin to delete my old posts?

Sorry. You have to have one of the items listed on the account recovery page to prove ownership of the blog. This is a security check put in place to protect the users at WordPress.com. Otherwise, anyone could say they own something, and gain access to it, which obviously could cause problems.
You can try to submit the old username, jiamzhang, into the lost password form, and see if you still have access to email address associated with jiamzhang.

staff-zinnia has some excellent advice there. If you still aren’t able to gain access, I’d recommend picking another username, which you can do here:

I even tried lost password form using my username jiamzhang but I didn’t see which email being displayed. I was like can’t be.. oh well.. I don’t want to pick another username with a new site. I rather be use the same address to continue because I own netzark.com.

Once you can prove you own netzark.wordpress.com using the authentication methods we mentioned, we’d be happy to help you get access to it. Alternatively, you could map blog.netzark.com .
