I can see activity on your account that is more recent than this request. Were you able to regain access to your user account?

I am unsure of what you are saying regarding activity, on that specific account, I attempted to try and submit the form but am unable to complete because I am unable to provide any specific information relating to my old account. What can I do to have it removed?

Only a logged in admin on a site can delete it or take it offline, so you need to have access to the correct account.
If you’re not able to verify your ownership of the account in question, we won’t be able to give you access to that account.

If I am unable to answer the 3 verification questions because it was made using an older email etc, how would I go about verifying my identity in this case?

I am completely frustrated with this process because I am trying to close the blog and cancel it, but I do not know for the life of me what information I can provide on that form, because the email information is incredibly old. What can I do here to validate.
