Delete old wordpress.org site (or finding who created it)

Someone created website ‘https://zolnasportsi.wordpress.com/’ that is not active for 9 years and we would like to delete it. We do not know who created it (it is long time ago).
What can we do? -

When a site address is taken in our system it cannot be recycled or used again. It may be the case that the site you mention appears to be abandoned, but even if the site were to be dlete by the original owner it would not “free up” the address to be used on another site.
You will need to instead pick a different address for your site since there is no way to make zolnasportsi.wordpress.com available.
Instead, you may wish to upgrade to one of our WordPress.com upgrade plans, all of which include a free custom domain (for the first year) which you can use to register a custom address: https://wordpress.com/pricing/
For example, with an upgrade you would be able to get the address zolnasportsi.com, which I do see is available to register if you would like to use it.

We would just like to erase that content, because it’s outdated (and the site is ugly). We do not want the domain name, we already have one: zolnasport.si (slovenian site). Is there a way to find the admin or his contact?
