Delete one of blogs

I have a couple of blogs – one I never got going really – and I’d like to delete one of them but can’t seem to find where/how to do that. I’ve explored in ‘manage accounts’, and searched in support, and searched in the forums, but only came up with someone else who asked the same question (no response). I know this must be simple, but can someone point me in the right direction?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Let’s start with you providing the URL starting with http|:/./ for the blog in question because without it we can’t even begin to help you.

Provided you are logged in under the username account that registered the blog you can delete the blog by using these instructions. http://en.support.wordpress.com/delete-site/
Please note that deleted blog URLs are not recycled.
