Delete Or Hide My Account – No Email, No phone #

  Hello,

  I’ve read through the support documentation about closing my old WordPress Account. All my old websites no longer exist, but I am looking to delete my Gravatar account, (http://en.gravatar.com/janyben) or at the least remove/hide my picture and all my old info on it. (I am now divorced and have been instructed to take down this information because it’s showing my old married name.)

  The email that I used years ago to set this up is no longer in existence, so I am not able to retrieve any codes or proof of website ownership. Also, again, all the websites are also non-existent, so I am not able to retrieve any codes from them. I also don’t even know the phone number I used back then, which is also no longer in use. I can provide a copy of my license for proof of identity.

  The support documentation says:
  If Ownership Cannot be Established
  In the event that it isn’t possible to provide an email from the email address with which the blog was registered, a transaction ID, or the original activation link, access to the account cannot be granted for security purposes…….The following options are available in this circumstance: ….If there’s personal information on your blog, you may request that we set it to private so that search engines and users can’t access it.

  I would like to do this at the very least, but it doesn’t say how to request this to be done! There is no form for this, no email address to send the request to. So I’m hoping someone on this forum can help me.

  I know my former email address, and can provide that if needed.
