delete original admin

I started BLOG A. I started BLOG B.
I invited FRED to be an ADMIN on BLOG B, as I want to transfer BLOG B to FRED.
How can FRED delete me as an ADMIN of BLOG B, where I still have BLOG A by myself?
I want to have BLOG A. I want FRED to have BLOG B.
I was trying to setup BLOG B for FRED in the first place.
