  i can’t make my site with thotsaphon12.wordpress.com
  i want to restore or delete this domain and make a new site with this account

  Hi there,

  Do you want to change your site’s address and keep your content? E.g change “thotsaphon12” part to something else? If so, here is a guide: https://en.support.wordpress.com/changing-blog-address/

  Or do you want to permanently delete thotsaphon12.wordpress.com and make a new site?

  Permanently deleting your site removes it and you’ll never be able to re-use its WordPress.com address. Here is also a guide for doing so: https://en.support.wordpress.com/delete-site/
