Hi there,
In order to close your site, we’ll need to make some changes to https://pilatesbyness.wpcomstaging.com/, which will remove content features from the site. Please confirm that you agree to this change, and I will make that update so that you can proceed with the account closure.
Thanks,
-
Hi I agree, please go ahead and make changes and if you could also let me know the next steps I need to take that would be great.

I have reverted your site so that you can now delete it if you choose.
If you want to permanently delete your site, please follow this guide:
Please read the warnings and advice before deleting a site, as after 30 days we purge the site entirely and we can’t revert a site deletion for any reason.
If you want to hide your site instead, you can use the following guide to make your site private so only you and other members of the site can view it when logged in:

I deleted it but I am still getting an error when I try to visit my site http://www.pilatesbyness.com, how do I send you a screenshot of the error I am getting …

Hi there,
I am not seeing an error when visiting https://www.pilatesbyness.com/. However, that domain is no longer registered with us. It looks like both the site and domain are hosted with Go Daddy now. So, I’d touch base with them if you continue to have issues.
Thanks,
-
When I go to the page http://www.pilatesbyness.com, on safari it comes up with an error page that has a link to “login” to manage domain upgrades and the link takes me to the wordpress login…this makes me believe its an issue with wordpress. I can send you the screenshot if you tell me how please.
This also only happens when I am connected to my home wifi on my phone and on my laptop. When I turn off my phones wifi I can visit the page normally.

When a domain is registered or altered, there is a process called propagation, where information about the domain name is passed to internet service providers all over the world. This process can take up to 72 hours (though usually much less). During that time, your domain may go to its old location, and you may also receive a warning message in your browser about “redirect errors.”
If you still have trouble viewing the site after 24 hours have passed, please try clearing your browser’s cache: https://www.refreshyourcache.com/
If that doesn’t work, try clearing your local DNS cache: https://www.whatsmydns.net/flush-dns.html
