DELETE PAID UPDATES TO DELETE SITE

I need to delete my site, but when I go to DELETE SITE it comes out the following message ‘Warning! You cannot delete a site if it has a domain registration upgrade because you need access to the site in order to get to the domain manager’, so i’ve been trying to cancel my upgrades, but there’s no way either. I will really appreciate if you could provide any help, so I could finally delete my blog . Thank you

By deleting the domain, you would be completely giving up ownership of it until 80 days after the natural expiration date and you will not have access to transfer it somewhere else. If that’s what you would like to do, the best course of action would be to open a live chat or email with support and make sure to include the domain name and tell them you would like to completely give up ownership of the domain and mention that you are aware that you will not be able to get it back.
If you want to keep the domain or think you might possibly want to use it in the future, you should transfer the domain instead or make the site private and keep the ownership of it there until you’re sure what you want to do with the domain before it expires.
